Workshop: Yoga

Friday, August 4, 2017 | 9:30–10:30AM

Join us for a 60-minute breath-based yoga flow class. With simple poses and sequences, the focus is heavily on the breath. Please bring your own mat, towel, and water. Some mats will be provided. All levels are welcome — even if this is your first class! Participants will be asked to sign a waiver before the class begins.

This event is FREE, but registration is requested, as space is limited. Register on Eventbrite here.

Walk-ins are welcome, but space is limited and not guaranteed. If you are registered and your plans change, please release your ticket on Eventbrite so that someone else may fill your spot.
