Participants will experiment with movement and breath-work as tools to delve deeper into observation. All levels are welcome to play with the idea of clearing their minds to better see the works from a place of non-judgment. Each session will run 30 mins, stay for all or some and explore on your own!
About Drop-In Experiences
CAMH’s Drop-In Experiences feature guided in-gallery discussions and pop-up activities that provide creative opportunities to experience the exhibitions on view in a unique and meaningful way. Led by our FAQ Team (Frequently Asked Questions), a group of artists and historians who assist with contextualizing CAMH’s dynamic exhibitions for diverse audiences, Drop-in Experiences are available between 1–4 PM every Saturday. All ages are welcome; admission is always free.
