About the Auction
Please note new auction items are added as information becomes available.
Proxy Bidding Information
When placing a proxy bid, enter your maximum bid amount. This amount should reflect the bid increment for a given auction item. Upon bidding, an automatic receipt will be emailed. Should this be your first bid on a 2017 auction item, someone from the Curatorial Department will call you for credit card information to secure your bid. Please note, no charges will be made to your credit card at this time. If you are the winning bidder, you will have the option of paying for your purchase(s) using a different payment method.
Online bidding for auction items closes on Thursday, April 6, 2017 at 11:59PM CST. If you are outbid before proxy bidding closes, you will receive an email notification. You will have the opportunity to submit another bid should you choose and if it is prior to 11:59PM CST on Thursday, April 6.
If your bid is the winning bid, you will be notified by end of day Tuesday, April 11, 2017.
