Join Henk Rossouw, a poet and visiting assistant professor in the University of Houston’s Honors College to learn more about the materiality of language in Christopher Knowles: In a Word. Rossouw will speak about the enticement of poetry outside the frame of the book, the role of everyday urban repetitions—the chorus of the city, and the composition process. Light lunch is provided.
