Jackson Allers is an Armenian-American filmmaker, DJ, radio broadcaster, sound designer, and music journalist since the mid-1990s. Jackson is the co-founder of the Houston-based grassroots internet radio station Ice House Radio {December 2023), and he is also a core member of the internationally renowned Beirut Groove Collective (BGC) - an all-vinyl record collecting/DJ crew known for throwing socially engaged dance parties for 15-years in Beirut, Lebanon and now in London and beyond. Jackson's DJ sets focus on preserving vinyl culture and are reflective of his eclectic genre-busting music taste that has defined his radio work and music journalism. His radio shows have been on global broadcast outlets as diverse as Dublab, NTS, BBC Radio 4, BBC World Service, Red Bull Music Academy Radio, KCRW, Movement Athens, NPR, and more. Ice House Radio represents the fulfillment of a lifelong dream of building a radio station in Houston.

Carla Sue is a Houston-based multidisciplinary artist, community leader, and founder of Momma Loves Jazz , a project centering art, healing, and Black maternal stories through jazz, textiles, and storytelling. For over a decade, Carla has designed arts education, creative wellness programs, and cultural activations that foster personal and collective healing. Her work has been featured by Forbes, Houstonia Magazine, and ABC13, and she has partnered with Vistaprint, Foot Locker, and the City of Houston.

Ice House Radio (IHR) is a Houston- based internet radio station founded in January, 2024. IHR started its broadcasts out of a Sprinter Van, and that still defines the DIY nature of what Ice House Radio is about. From its inception, Ice House Radio has relied on deep partnerships with DJs, producers, musicians, and artists in coordination with cultural/arts/community spaces in order to showcase the possibilities of live internet radio broadcasting in Houston. Ice House Radio provides a unifying platform - both physically and virtually - for the diversity of incredible sounds that define the disparate parts of Houston's music scene. The Ice House is a Texas Tradition.
