Nick Miller: Wild Stallion
About
Wild Stallion is a sculptural installation representing unseen and unstoppable algorithmic forces of technological innovation. Like a free radical megalith, Wild Stallion rises from the ground exposing an intricately woven web of complex patterns. Through its fractured grid-like circuitry, Wild Stallion appears unbridled and imposingly powerful. But through closer examination, the rhythmic qualities of the harmonious technicolored tapestry reminds us of our own inner power and our ability to persevere. Like the unseen magnetic force of our own natural world, Wild Stallion breaks down our perceived boundaries of time and space and opens up our cognitive understanding of what is real and imagined.
Wild Stallion does all this in duct tape.
