Have you missed making artwork #atCAMH? Visit the Museum for a robust week of collaboration driven and hands-on art-making activities for all ages. Enjoy screenings of past performances, scavenger hunts, and mindfulness activities throughout Brown Foundation Gallery!

Schedule of Activities

Day One | Tuesday, March 15, 2022 | 1–5PM
Celebrate Women’s History Month at CAMH during Spring Break Open Studios Week! Enjoy screenings of dance films from Hope Stone Dance, Donna Crump, and Lindsay Gary of Dance Afrikana. Also, participate in a collaboration-driven project and other hands-on art making activities throughout the Brown Foundation Gallery.

Day Two | Wednesday, March 16, 2022 | 1–5PM
Join us for another day of Spring Break Open Studios at CAMH! Watch screenings past performances by our long-time partner, Musiqa, participate in an ongoing collaboration-driven project, and enjoy mindfulness-based art-making activities throughout the Brown Foundation Gallery.

Day Three | Thursday, March 17, 2022 | 1–5PM
Enjoy another Spring Break Open Studio curated by CAMH’s Teen Council! Come by the Museum to view screenings of past Teen Council-curated performances, participate in our week-long collaboration-driven project, and enjoy hands-on art-making activities throughout the Brown Foundation Gallery.

We also encourage you to stick around in the evening for Teens Perform!, a lineup of performances featuring music, poetry, and more from local teen artists. This program is organized by Teen Council and will take place in the Brown Foundation Gallery after open studio at 6:30PM.

Day Four | Friday, March 18, 2022 | 1–5PM
Join us for our final day of Spring Break Open Studios Week at CAMH! Enjoy screenings of previous performances by Musiqa and Houston Jazz Collective, participate in completing our collaboration-driven installation, and enjoy scavenger hunt activities throughout the Brown Foundation Gallery.
