Sustainability-Themed Market

About

CAMH’s Teen Council is seeking vendors for a sustainability-themed market as part of the Teen Council Anniversary Bash celebrating 25 years of Teen Council. Goods, services, crafts, and more are welcome. Teen and/or first-time vendors are especially encouraged–there is no vendor fee to participate.

The market will take place June 7, 2025 at Contemporary Arts Museum Houston (5216 Montrose Blvd), from 2–6 PM. We encourage vendors to prepare for a turnout of around 200-300 people, as this will be complementary to a full weekend of sustainability-themed free programming, including a fashion show, community dinner, clothing swap, and mending station, plus performances by a DJ and live teen jazz band.

Interested vendors should complete this form by Wednesday, April 23, 2025. Vendors who are selected will be notified by Tuesday, April 29, 2025 and must confirm their participation by Thursday, May 1, 2025. Please note that there is no vendor fee to participate in this event.

Vendors who are selected to participate agree to the following:

  • Provide your own table and tent or shade structure (CAMH will provide chairs)
  • Understand that the Art Market will take place outside on CAMH's terrace
  • Vendors should be set-up and ready to sell by 1:30PM on Saturday, June 7
  • Vendors should be prepared to stay at their table throughout the entirety of the event or make arrangements for a friend to watch your table.
  • Load-in and set-up can start as early as noon on Saturday, June 7
  • CAMH does not have cash on hand to make change
  • CAMH does not have public Wi-Fi available on the terrace, please be prepared for how you will make sales
  • Load out will begin at 6PM
  • All tables, tents, and products need to be loaded out the evening of the event
