Vinyasa and Vibes is a beginner friendly yoga class that gently challenges you to move and breathe through physical and mental boundaries set to the perfect progressive vibe.

This event is free to attend, but RSVPs are encouraged.
Location and Accessibility
This event will take place on CAMH COURT, located in CAMH’s Brown Foundation Gallery.
Visitors must bring their own yoga mats and wear rubber-soled shoes to walk on the court. Those without the right shoewear will be given slipover shoe covers to wear. Learn more about the exhibition and our visitor guidelines here.

Juan Valentine is a creative community activist and Director of YBJ Studios. YBJ Studios provides unique experiences from barbering, yoga wellness retreats, running, music and art shows, apparel, and hybrid creative content space. Husband and father to three sons, Juan uses his unique skill set to uplift and inspire his city.
