The stakeholder meetings in 2023 will be hosted at the African American Library and Research Center at 1300 Victor Street, Houston, Texas 770019 in 2023. Parking is available in the front lot. Stakeholder meetings are open to current and legacy residents and organizations of Houston’s Fourth Ward Community.
